A Warm Welcome

You are in the right place! We are pleased that you found us.

We have been through some rough times as well this past year. We have experienced death and other types of losses. We have seen many tragedies and suffered from many traumas due to the pandemic .

We believe that every person can transcend pain and trauma and learn how to live healthier lives. We also believe it is necessary to look at the past, learn from it, and move into the future with a healthier belief system. We understand that what happened to you yesterday has shaped who you are today. However, we know how to compassionately guide and assist those who struggle with mood swings, anxiety, sex addiction, and eating disorders.

At the core of our help is that we believe that each person has a unique purpose in life.

Life presents each of us with situations where depression, addiction, anxiety, eating too much, eating too little, low self-esteem, and no self-identity can distract a person from finding that unique purpose. We can explore a variety of issues that keep you from experiencing your own clear purpose in life and help you find that meaning and make sense of it for a better and happier future .

We will work together to determine what your goals are and determine what we can do to help you to achieve those goals. My personal goal as your therapist is to understand the way you see the world and help you make sense out of it in a way that helps you make choices based on that new insight.

If you are struggling to find your authentic voice and speak with clarity and power or struggling with finding your own best path in life due to depression, anxiety, eating disorders, sex addiction and ready to take responsibility for your life, therapy can definitely help.

Our Values

We believe that every person has the capability to make changes in his/her/their life. We also believe that each person is responsible for these changes. Here we have core values that guide our treatment. These core values are empathy, authenticity, responsibility, and accountability.

"The nature of humanity, its essence, is to feel another’s pain as one’s own, and act to take that pain away. There is nobility in compassion, a beauty in empathy, a grace in forgiveness. "

~~John Connolly~~

"This value is not something we have or don’t have. It’s a practice – a conscious choice of how we want to live. Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.”

~~Brene Brown~~

It’s only when you take actual ongoing responsibility for your life that you discover how powerful you really are as a person.

“It does not relate to consequences, but ownership. It is a character trait, a life stance, a willingness to own your actions and their results, regardless of the circumstances.”

~~Brian P. Moran~~
